This website is a static marketing site. It does not create accounts, run a database, or store form submissions on our servers.

If you use the contact form, your device opens your own email client and sends a message to us at hello@vowelresearch.com. We receive only what you choose to send (typically your name, email address, and message). That message is then handled as ordinary business email.

We do not currently set advertising or analytics cookies. The site may use strictly technical storage required by the browser or hosting platform to deliver pages.

If we later add analytics or other cookies, we will update this policy before doing so.

We use inbound email to respond to inquiries, route them inside Vowel, and keep a record of the conversation as needed to provide a proposal or service. We do not sell personal information.

We share contact information only with service providers who process email or IT on our behalf, or when required by law. We do not sell or rent mailing lists.

Email is retained only as long as needed for the inquiry, a resulting engagement, or legal record-keeping. To access, correct, or delete personal information we hold from a message you sent, email hello@vowelresearch.com.

This site is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
